Website and enquiry terms

1. The project

The Skills AI Bulgaria information project is run by Dzmitry Arlou. The website describes an approach to building websites and apps with AI, programmes and learning materials.

2. Sending an enquiry

Submission is free and requests information and a reply. It is not enrolment, a reservation, a learning contract or an obligation to pay. A success message confirms delivery to the controller in Telegram, not admission to a group.

Use your own accurate contacts. A parent or legal representative should submit their own contacts for a minor learner. Do not send sensitive information, other people’s documents or spam.

3. Future learning terms

Dates, participant age group, language, format, location, euro price, payment and cancellation terms are agreed separately. Provider details and the full applicable contract terms will be supplied before enrolment and payment.

Intended teaching languages are Russian and English. Four website languages do not promise teaching in all four. Historical prices and archive catalogues are not Bulgarian prices or promises of available lessons.

4. Materials and external services

Learning materials are general information. Check current prices and features of external AI tools with their providers. We do not guarantee income, employment or a particular outcome. External services have their own terms.

Exercising data rights does not require agreement to future learning terms.

5. Contact and changes

Send programme questions through the home page or Telegram. For data rights, use the privacy policy and its separate form. The version date appears above; changes do not limit statutory rights.
